Coach Program 60min

It takes time, consistency, patience and courage to grow your life into a deeply meaningful one. Together, we'll determine exactly what a meaningful life means to you . With that vision anchored firmly in place, we'll spend 3-months together we're you'll be guided to discover your needs, values and strengths. We'll discus self-care and your mindset, which plays a pivotal role in achieving your goals. We'll look at emotional intelligence, communication, and how your past is intrinsically linked to your present.

This Coach Program offers weekly 60 minute sessions + unlimited phone coaching between the hours of 9:30am and 4:30pm weekdays. The unlimited coaching is perfect when you want to brain storm or deal with an issue and you don’t want to wait until your next session.

A commitment to the first month of coaching is required, at which time you can choose to complete the program or if you've received what you needed, discontinue.
